Novel 2-amino-1,4-dihydropyrimidines derivatives was synthesized by the reaction of guanidine hydrochloride, aromatic aldehyde and ethyl benzoylacetate under ultrasound irradiation. Then, the reaction of 2-amino-1,4-dihydropyrimidines and 3-formylchromone for the synthesis of novel pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidine was studied in the presence and absence of Fe3O4@PAP as catalyst. The results show that, the products in the presence of catalyst were obtained in highest yield and at least time, that confirmed the efficiency of Fe3O4@PAP.
