The cancer cell viability and proliferation were determined with Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and the colony formation assay. The migration and invasion capability of A375 melanoma cells under Cu(II)-based co-ordination polymers treatment was evaluated with trans-well assay.</p>
