Supplementary Figure 1: Overview of the data analysis pipeline

Supplementary Figure 2: Volcano plots showing differentially expressed (DE) genes between HC and RR in CD4, CD8, CD14, and CD19. DE analysis was performed on all genes using linear models that, in addition to disease status, included age as a covariate (Methods). DE genes (FDR=0.2) have been highlighted with blue if upregulated in RR and red if downregulated in RR.
